Real estate transactions worth Rs 720.86 billion recorded last FY

Real estate transactions worth Rs 720.86 billion were recorded in the last fiscal year 2025/26, according to data released by the Economic Research Department of Nepal Rastra Bank.

The central bank said real estate transactions increased in fiscal year 2025-26. In the previous fiscal year, transactions worth Rs 386.15 billion were recorded.

The total number of property transactions increased by 4.74 percent in 2025-26 compared with the previous fiscal year.

In 2024-25, the number of property transactions had declined by 1.84 percent from the previous year.
