Tara Manandhar Appointed CEO of Muktinath Bikas Bank

Muktinath Bikas Bank has appointed seasoned banker Tara Manandhar as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a four-year term. The decision was taken at a meeting of the bank’s board of directors on April 16.

Manandhar, who has been serving as CEO of Dish Media Network since April 2024, will formally assume office on May 15. He will succeed outgoing CEO Pradyuman Pokharel.

A well-known figure in Nepal’s banking sector, Manandhar has held leadership roles across multiple banks for more than two-and-a-half decades. Notably, he served as Deputy CEO of Muktinath Bikas Bank in 2018.
